FFKR’s project scope was to update the existing brand of Winger’s Bar and Grill to the new Winger’s Restaurant and Alehouse concept for future interior updates. This remodel added a full bar with 20 locally brewed beers on tap including four Winger Brothers Beers that are crafted directly for their Alehouses.
Large full glass overhead doors are incorporated into the space and opened when weather permits to create a larger indoor and outdoor dining room. Bar space is denoted with large timber beams overhead, and custom lighting with clear beer bottle Edison bulb fixtures which are carried throughout and over the booths. Wire mesh backdrop was used for the call liquors and specialty bottled beers and feature up lighting to accentuate the liquor and beer selection. Custom oversized pipe beer tap systems also draw visitors attention to the bar seating.
Design and Construction Services
FFKR provides design coordination and construction services for a series of Winger’s Restaurants and Alehouses locations in Utah, including, Brigham City, Murray, and Logan. The design prototype can be quickly adapted to site constraints and local building standards for a timely turnaround.
