FFKR Architects is working along with HD Management Group LLC. and Porter Brothers to bring more hotel options to the expanding Queen Creek area.
The Homewood Suites by Hilton will be a four-story, 124-room hotel with an outdoor pool located on the corner of Ellsworth Rd. and Rittenhouse Rd. in Queen Creek, Arizona. The first floor is 91,119 sq ft and includes a public meeting room space, conference space, pre‐function space, lobby/breakfast area, kitchen, management office space, exercise room, housekeeping, and other utility spaces.
Exterior
The exterior blends natural stone with a contemporary palette of neutral colors. The rich, textured façade offers a sense of warmth and durability, while the soft tones of beige, taupe, and gray complement the natural material, creating a harmonious and inviting appearance.
