Monique is passionate about telling a story through design—creating spaces that guide guests through meaningful experiences and instilling a sense of value in themselves and their surroundings. She enjoys working with talented co-workers who are eager to help and learn from one another in a collaborative environment.

Outside of work she enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her husband and family and enjoying delicious food along the way. She and her husband spent nine months backpacking Europe and Southeast Asia.
