FFKR Architects has been specializing in the hospitality industry for over four decades. Our Hospitality Studio comprises a dedicated team of interior designers, each bringing diverse experiences to enrich our collective expertise. We work on various project types, including new builds and renovations for restaurants and a range of hotel categories such as select service, full service, dual-brand, and boutique, catering to independent owners as well as major flagship brands like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and International Hotel Group (IHG).

Collaborating on these projects has provided us with a deep understanding of brand expectations, which we meet by streamlining the submittal and timeline process while simultaneously satisfying unique project goals. We have successfully navigated various brand immersion programs and created foundation design documents for independent and brand projects.

We are committed to creating a guest-focused experience with our hotel and restaurant designs. We always seek thoughtful and innovative ways to showcase each property by utilizing knowledge gained from educational courses and participating in hospitality conferences. Our goal is to address the needs of the current target market while anticipating the evolving preferences of future generations of travelers, enriching the hospitality experience, and creating a timeless, extraordinary encounter for guests, visitors, and the community.

We work synergistically with the architect teams at FFKR. Collaborating with in-house teams adds beneficial efficiency to the work. We are also open to partnering with outside architecture firms.
