FFKR’s Commercial Studio is the flexible core of our design service offerings. Whether your project is a prototype roll-out, kit-of-parts, or a custom design, the Commercial Studio can provide the services that fit your needs. We pride ourselves on providing the full client-centered design experience, designing spaces that serve our clients and their customers foremost. Our design specialties include retail spaces, office buildings, showroom-warehouse facilities, and food service establishments. We work closely with our Commercial Interiors Studio to create a cohesive design.

The Commercial Studio’s process begins with an in-depth examination of the client’s needs and desires. Our services are then tailored to fit those parameters. We are aware that a one-size-fits-all approach does not often work on diverse project types. In addition to basic architectural services, we provide pre-design services, such as programming, facility surveys, documentation of existing conditions, and due-diligence research to understand the parameters of government jurisdictional requirements. We frequently provide full-color, photo-realistic renderings for marketing and financing packages. Finally, our post-design services, such as warranty reviews and coordination of FF&E purchasing packages, provide our clients with the complete turn-key project experience.
