Inaugural Trumbauer Award Winner
Philadelphia — The Philadelphia Pennsylvania Temple received the Trumbauer Award in the Commercial/Institutional/Civic category from the ICAA Philadelphia Chapter in 2016. The design is based on meticulous research of classical styles and conforms to the demands of overlapping historic districts. Massing responds to the adjacent Renaissance Revival icons of the Philadelphia Free Library and the Family Courts Building. FFKR Architects designed the core and shell. Perkins+Will served as interior designer.
